Mr. Howard has served as our director since 2012. Mr. Howard is the Chief Financial Officer of vTv Therapeutics, a publicly held, clinical-stage pharmaceutical company. Prior to joining vTv, he spent over five years as CFO at SciQuest, Inc., an international spend-management software company. He has also served as CFO for a number of other public and private multi-national companies
