Mr. Preuninger is a co-founder of our company and has served as Chief Executive Officer and a member of our board of directors since 2002. As Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Preuninger oversees sales and marketing, finance, data center operations, general and administrative staff, corporate development and is responsible for opening new markets and expanding our portfolio of solutions through strategic partnerships and acquisitions. Mr. Preuninger began his career at IBM Corporation, where he held several positions in sales and marketing. Mr. Preuninger is the brother of John W. Preuninger, our President, Chief Operating Officer and director.
