- Multi-layer physical security - The facility is protected by a low-profile, gated exterior with crash barriers, 24x7 manned security stations, and state of the art infrared and video surveillance of the property and grounds
- Constant power - Uninterruptible power supplies protect all servers, networking, and storage equipment. Three diesel generators that can provide constant power for 20-30 days are on standby, along with three 10,000-gallon tanks of diesel fuel
- Environment controls and fire suppression - Optimal temperature is maintained with redundant HVAC systems that provide air distribution under raised flooring. Smoke detection and dry-pipe fire suppression systems are positioned above and below the flooring
- Network availability - Uptime is assured by three diverse fiber optic wide-area network service providers and one dark fiber provider
