EY Announces Amber Road CEO Jim Preuninger as an EY Entrepreneur Of The Year^™ 2014 Award Finalist

EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ, June 2, 2014 -- Amber Road, Inc. (NYSE: AMBR), a leading provider of global trade management (GTM) solutions, today announced that CEO Jim Preuninger is a finalist for the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year^™ 2014 Award for the New Jersey region

The awards program recognizes entrepreneurs who demonstrate excellence and extraordinary success in such areas as innovation, financial performance and personal commitment to their businesses and communities. Jim Preuninger was selected as a finalist by a panel of independent judges. Award winners will be announced at a special gala event on Thursday, June 26th at the Hyatt Regency New Brunswick.

Jim Preuninger founded Amber Road and helped to define a new industry - Global Trade Management (GTM). The firm grew from 16 employees in 2002 to well over 500 today, with offices and operations around the world. Regional award winners are eligible for consideration for the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year National program. Award winners in several national categories, as well as the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year National Overall Award winner, will be announced at the annual awards gala in Palm Springs, Calif., on November 15, 2014. The awards are the culminating event of the EY Strategic Growth Forum, the nation's most prestigious gathering of high-growth, market-leading companies.
