Polishing up Brown Shoe Company's Global Supply Chain

EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ, April 21, 2015 -- Amber Road (NYSE: AMBR), a leading provider of global trade management solutions, announced today that Jeffrey Kuhn, Vice President, Supply Chain Planning and Operations, Brown Shoe Company (NYSE: BWS), will be speaking at the Gartner Supply Chain Executive Conference, being held May 12 to 14 in Phoenix.

In a session entitled "Polishing up Brown Shoe Company's Design to Delivery Strategy," Kuhn will address attendees on how Brown Shoe Company improved supplier and extended partner collaboration across all phases of the design to delivery process to reduce costs, shorten cycle times, increase supply chain flexibility and gain greater transparency into its supplier management operations.

Kuhn is responsible for enterprise factory capacity and raw materials planning, supply chain process/systems governance and continuous improvement, sourcing financial planning and analysis, quality claims administration and social compliance for the company.
