	Eric L. Hirschhorn, Under Secretary U.S. Commerce Department's Bureau of Industry and Security
		President Barack Obama appointed Eric L. Hirschhorn to be an Under Secretary of Commerce, heading the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), on March 29, 2010, and was sworn in April 2, 2010. Mr. Hirschhorn oversees the Commerce agency that advances U.S. national security, foreign policy, and economic objectives by ensuring an effective export control and treaty compliance system and by promoting U.S. strategic technology leadership. Mr. Hirschhorn is the former Executive Secretary of the Industry Coalition on Technology Transfer (ICOTT), a group whose trade association and industry participants are affected by U.S. export control and embargo rules. He is the author of The Export Control and Embargo Handbook, whose third edition was published in early 2010 by Oxford University Press, and numerous articles on export controls, embargoes and related topics. He also is a member of the New York City Bar Association and the Thurgood Marshall American Inn of Court. Mr. Hirschhorn received his B.A. degree from the University of Chicago and a J.D. degree from Columbia University, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
	William McNeill, Sr. Research Analyst Gartner Group
		William McNeill is a research analyst in the Gartner supply chain group, formerly AMR Research. As a research analyst, he is responsible for researching, analyzing, and writing on business and software trends in service life cycle management, which includes the broad topics of service discovery, service fulfillment and service knowledge applications. Within these three groups, Mr. McNeill covers such technologies as predictive support, remote service monitoring, field service, service parts planning and optimization, MRO, enterprise asset management, repair documentation, and warranty management. He also covers global trade management and RFID in the supply chain, with a particular focus on how RFID is used in the life sciences value chain. Mr. McNeill has also written about the software market around Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
	Jocko Willink, Retired Navy Seal Officer
		A highly decorated and experienced commander of the US Navy SEALs explores lessons of leadership forged in combat on the stressful battlefields of Iraq. The topics of critical decision-making, controlling a decentralized organization, clear communication, and bold, aggressive leadership correlate directly to anyone that is leading people in any environment. Lieutenant Commander John "Jocko" Willink spent his entire adult life as a Navy SEAL. He started as an enlisted operator and advanced through the ranks, eventually being selected for commissioning as a SEAL Officer. Once commissioned, he completed multiple deployments overseas, leading troops on dynamic combat operations. During his final deployment, he led SEAL Team THREE's Task Unit Bruiser, where his SEALs played a key role in winning the violent battle for the city of Ar Ramadi, the insurgent-held capital of Iraq's contested Al Anbar province. Despite heavy casualties, the SEALs were able to eliminate hundreds of enemy fighters and Task Unit Bruiser ultimately became the most highly decorated Special Operations unit of the Iraq war. For his final three years in the Navy, Jocko commanded Naval Special Warfare Group One Training Detachment, where he oversaw the training of hundreds of SEALs and their SEAL platoons. In this role, he also developed combat leadership curriculum and personally trained, instructed, and mentored SEAL leaders, which prepared them for the challenges of leading in combat. Willink was awarded the Bronze Star with Combat "V" and the Silver Star, one of the highest military honors, for his service as a commander in Iraq. He is co-founder of Echelon Front, which provides leadership and management training and solutions to individuals and organizations.

Larry Grischow leads Abercrombie & Fitch's global supply chain team. Abercrombie & Fitch is a specialty retailer that operates stores and direct-to-consumer operations around the globe under the brands Abercrombie & Fitch, abercrombie kids, Hollister and Gilly Hicks. Larry has held operations, finance and project management leadership roles in the retail, energy and information technology industries. Larry began his career with Arthur Andersen where he served primarily retail and manufacturing clients. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois with a B.S. in Accountancy, is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals.

Sanjay works for Levi Strauss and is based in San Francisco. He has 16 years of global logistics experience and understands the complexities in managing a global supply chain for a fashion/apparel company. His background in international freight services gives him a unique perspective. In his current leadership role, Sanjay is responsible for developing and executing logistics strategies and solutions for cost-service optimization, supply chain efficiencies, logistics service procurement, supplier management, TM solutions, risk management and green logistics. Sanjay also leads a highly skilled and motivated team in managing day to day logistics operations.

Robert F. Roach is the Chief Compliance Officer at New York University and Adjunct Professor at the Stern School of Business. As NYU's Chief Compliance Officer, Bob is part of NYU's Office of the President and oversees the University's Ethics, Compliance and Risk Management programs. Bob is a member of the faculty of the Business and Society Program Area, Langone MBA program at NYU's Stern School of Business. Bob is Chair of the Association of Corporate Counsel's Corporate Compliance and Ethics Committee and Co-Chair of the ACC Greater New York Chapter Corporate Compliance and Ethics Committee. Mary has extensive experience in Trade and Logistics and serves Quantum in the development and implementation of trade compliance policies. Mary enjoys a collaborative partnership with internal organizations such as Legal, Supply Chain, Tax, and IT Services, with whom she works to obtain company-wide support for compliance initiatives.
Robert C. Webster, Customs Manager, Starbucks Coffee Company
Robert Webster has over 18 years of experience in the import/export compliance world; he has worked both on the importers side with Starbucks Coffee Company and Sketchers' USA for the last eight years, and as a broker with FedEx Trade Networks for ten years before that. As a customs manager at Starbucks, Robert is responsible for all import and export activity for Canada; this includes managing brokers on both sides of the border, the NAFTA solicitation and validation for all goods, and compliance with both US and Canadian regulations. In addition to these responsibilities, Robert is also the administrator for Amber Roads, Trade Automation (TA) software. He has been responsible for implementation, configuration, integration, reporting, and day to day functionality, supporting the use of TA by customs partners in the US, Canada, China and the Netherlands.

He has been in the coatings industry for 17 years while serving in various capacities with the company.
