Job Description

  • Responsible for identifying, analyzing and updating Restricted Party Screening data
  • Responsible for QA of Global Content Data (Restricted Party Screening, Import & Export Controls, and Landed Cost, which includes, but is not limited to the following: Duties and Taxes, Licenses, Permits, Quotas, Anti-dumping and Countervailing duties, Embargos, Import & Export Documentation, Rules of origin, etc.)
  • Interact with a network of professionals in order to assure data accuracy and integrity
  • Follow common QA guidelines established to ensure data accuracy and integrity for the entire product line, and implement them in a fast and accurate way
  • Work with supervisor, other members of the RPS team, and the QA team in order to assure that RPL content updates and rollovers (and any other updates) are processed and pushed to production and to clients, as per the SLA

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of MS Office and basic understanding of SQL

Senior Software Engineer (Performance Engineering)

We are looking for a software engineer with primary focus on performance testing, analysis and optimization. The person will be responsible for simulating and running various performance testing scenarios for all products, analyze the performance results and propose and execute various kinds of optimizations to code, configuration and install/setup.

Position Responsibilities

  • 5+ years of experience in performance testing, performance analysis, code optimizations of web applications
  • Hands on experience with tools like LoadRunner, Oracle AWR reports, profiling and memory analysis tools for Java (like JProbe, JMeter, Visual VM etc)

Trade Specialist – Global Content (US and Canada Import/Export Experience)

Amber Road is currently seeking a Trade Specialist who has experience with or knowledge of US import and/or export regulations to join the Global Content department in Bangalore, India. Key responsibility of this position is to manage the global import/export trade compliance process and ensures compliance with relevant government laws and regulations. This position works closely with quality assurance team to ensure timeliness, quality and completeness of assigned projects, and relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. The position performs a variety of other tasks such as project coordination, sales assistance, and customer support.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain trade compliance information, including tariff schedules and trade regulations (Content Data) for the US, Canada and possibly other countries.
  • Work with Quality assurance team to ensure accurate delivery of Content data to the various solutions and customers.
  • Gain proficiency in the trade regulations, trade data and documentation.
  • Coordinate projects and ensure timely delivery of the projects.
  • Respond to inquiries by various departments as well as customers.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience with US import and/or export regulations.
