The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for messaging, positioning, value propositions and asset creation to drive all marketing and sales activities. This position partners with technology teams, marketing teams and sales teams to establish marketplace interest and a best-in-class customer experience.
Job Description/Responsibilities
- Develop product marketing for global supply chain and trade compliance software, services and training programs
- Own and develop the narrative and positioning for Amber Road’s solutions
- Create content, stories and assets to help prospective customers understand the value proposition
- Interact with customers to fully understand their business challenges and needs
- Lead go-to-market and product launch activities
- Create compelling content to educate the marketplace and enable the sales teams
- Build data sheets, brochures, whitepapers, presentations and other assets
Qualifications
- 8+ years of product marketing experience with supply chain, global trade or ERP software
- Expertise in value-based and industry marketing
- Practical knowledge of cloud, global trade, and supply chain solutions
- Fluent in English and German or French
- Market analysis and understanding of competitors
- A solid team player with a desire to work collaboratively with marketing, sales, and product management teams
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and ability to engage target audiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Ability to travel up to 25%
