Thomas E. Conway, Chief Financial Officer James Preuninger
Chief Executive Officer
Jim Preuninger is the Chief Executive Officer of Amber Road and serves on the Board of Directors. With over 25 years of software industry experience, Jim has been a part of the evolution of the supply chain management market from a domestic focus to one that now encompasses global operations for logistics, transportation, trade compliance and trade finance.

Jim founded Amber Road (formerly Management Dynamics, Inc.). Through his visionary leadership, Amber Road has defined the Global Trade Management (GTM) market. Jim oversees corporate development and is responsible for opening new markets and expanding the company's portfolio of solutions through strategic partnerships and acquisitions.

Jim began his career at IBM where he held several positions in sales and marketing. Jim holds a bachelor's degree from Drexel University.

Chief Financial Officer
Thomas Conway is the Chief Financial Officer for Amber Road. He previously held key financial positions at Cognizant Technology Solutions, an information technology company. His roles there included Assistant Corporate Controller and Director of North American Accounting Operations.

Tom also worked for seven years at JDSU Uniphase, a fiber optic component and systems provider, and nine years at KPMG LLP, where he held various roles such as Controller, Director of Finance and Senior Manager in the Communication and Entertainment audit and consulting practice. Tom is a Certified Public Accountant, a member of the AICPA and NJSCPA, and a graduate of the College of New Jersey.

Ty Bordner, Vice President, Solutions Consulting Ty Bordner

Ty Bordner, Vice President of Solutions Consulting, has over 19 years of experience in the Global Trade Management software market. At Amber Road, he is responsible for customer and prospect focused solution creation.

Prior to joining Amber Road, Ty spent 10 years with JPMorgan Chase Vastera in various leadership roles, including oversight for Engineering, Solutions Consulting and Product Management. During his tenure he helped manage the company through multiple growth stages from startup, through IPO, to achieving annual revenues in excess of $80 million. Prior to joining Vastera, Ty worked for GXS (formerly GE Information Services).

Ty holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Longwood University, and a master's degree in computer science from Johns Hopkins University.

Kae-Por Chang, Managing Director, Amber Road China Kae-Por Chang
Managing Director, Amber Road China
Kae-por Chang is the Managing Director of Amber Road China, formerly EasyCargo. He is responsible for Amber Road operations in China, and has led teams to enable multi-national companies to incorporate on-demand China Trade Management (CTM) solutions into their daily supply chain operations since 2007.

Prior to Amber Road, Kae-por has over 20 years of experience in global supply chain management, logistics, and regulatory compliance, both as an Ernst & Young consultant in Boston and as a hands-on senior executive at Starter Corporation and Imagitas, a Pitney Bowes company. Mr. Chang received his master's degree from Dartmouth College and was certified by APICS at the CPIM level.

Al Cooke has over 20 years of experience building and managing successful sales teams in the supply chain software market. As Vice President of Global Sales, he is responsible for the global sales of Amber Road's solutions to importers, exporters and logistics service providers.

Al rejoined Amber Road in March 2003, having previously worked for the company in the early 1990s. Prior to rejoining the company, he was vice president of products and solutions for Industri-Matematik International Corp. (IMI), a leading provider of order management software. Prior to IMI, Al held senior sales and operational roles at Adexa, Optum, and Russ Berrie & Company. Al is a graduate of Lehigh University.

As Chief Information Officer, Glenn Gorman is responsible for the company's technological infrastructure, setting technology and security policy, and managing the company's Hosting Operations, Corporate IT and Quality Assurance departments. With over 32 years of IT experience, Glenn has developed a diverse skill set with hands-on expertise in hardware, software, network, security, data center operations and systems engineering.

Prior to joining Amber Road, Glenn worked for nine years at IBM where he held the role of a Systems Engineer Operational Specialist, serving as a liaison between field support and IBM's development labs. Glenn graduated from the DeVry College of Technology.

J. Anthony Hardenburgh brings over 18 years of international trade experience to Amber Road, where he manages a global team of international trade professionals who monitor and maintain the company's vast amount of trade compliance content.

Prior to joining Amber Road, Anthony served as Vice President of Global Trade Content for JPMorgan Chase Vastera. During his six years with the company he managed a global team of trade professionals responsible for supporting both its software and managed services operations. Anthony also served as a director for From2, and as an International Trade Specialist for the US Department of Commerce, where he was responsible for counseling small to medium size exporters on exporting their goods and services.

Anthony has a bachelor's degree in international business from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University, and an MBA from Marymount University.

Brad Holmstrom, General Counsel Brad Holmstrom

Brad Holmstrom joined Amber Road as General Counsel in September 2015. He has over 25 years of legal experience, the past 15 of which have been as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for MDU Communications, a New Jersey based publicly-traded company specializing in communications systems and services for the US and Canadian multi-dwelling industry. In that position, Brad's responsibility included all legal matters affecting the company, but primarily, public company reporting and governance, customer negotiations and agreements, acquisitions and employment law.

Prior to his in-house experience, he was partner with Shughart Thomson & Kilroy, which subsequently merged to create the national law firm of Polsinelli. Brad holds a BBA (Finance) degree from the University of Iowa and received his law degree (with Honors) from Drake University.

As Vice President of Professional Services, Bill Jackowski manages a team of experienced consultants specializing in the implementation of Amber Road's solutions. Bill has over 17 years of experience in managing professional services organizations and enterprise-wide software implementations.

Prior to joining Amber Road, Bill served as Vice President of Global Professional Services for JPMorgan Chase Vastera. During his seven years with the company, he oversaw many strategic software accounts and helped grow its professional services organization across North America, Europe and South America. Previously, Bill held several management and consulting positions with large consulting organizations such as American Management Systems (AMS) and PeopleSoft.

Bill holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from James Madison University, and a master's degree from George Mason University.

Stephanie Miles, Senior Vice President, Commercial Services Stephanie Miles
Senior Vice President, Commercial Services
Stephanie Miles leads Amber Road's global support team for the company's global trade management solutions as well as the on-demand professional services team.

Prior to joining Amber Road, Stephanie ran the supply chain visibility company, BridgePoint, for 7 years as a first tier subsidiary of CSX. While at BridgePoint, she held the positions of Senior Vice President and General Manager, and also served as a Board Member. Stephanie entered the supply chain management industry in 1992, where she held numerous positions including product and project management, and Manager of Government Programs.

She holds a degree in mathematics from Pennsylvania State University. She is a member of the National Defense Transportation Association and the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals.

Nathan Pieri, Chief Product Officer Nathan Pieri
Chief Product Officer
Nathan Pieri is responsible for Amber Road's product development and delivery capability, leading the product management, engineering and trade content teams as well as the global professional services organization. Nathan has over 20 years of experience in enterprise software, designing and delivering solutions for large, complex supply chains.

Prior to rejoining Amber Road, Nathan was Senior Vice President Product Management at Triple Point Technology, a leading provider of commodity management solutions, where he led product management and engineering teams for six product lines. Previously, Nathan has also held senior marketing and product management roles at Amber Road for ten years, and other enterprise software companies such as Celarix and Baan (Infor). Earlier in his career Mr. Pieri was a strategy and supply chain management consultant at Coopers & Lybrand and held various operating roles at General Electric, where he started his career in the manufacturing management program.

Mr. Pieri earned an MBA from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth and a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.

Thomas K. Ng, General Manager, Supply Chain Business Thomas K. Ng
General Manager, Supply Chain Business
Thomas K. Ng is the General Manager, Supply Chain Business for Amber Road. In this role, Thomas is responsible for all of the product development for the Supply Chain Collaboration modules, managing the project implementation teams and further expansion of functionality to support global sourcing through technology.

He was formerly the CEO of ecVision, which was acquired by Amber Road in 2015. With over 30 years of experience in the software industry in the United States, Europe and Asia, Thomas has held senior management positions at various multinational companies. Before founding ecVision, he was the Executive Director of Asian Sources, renamed Global Sources, and was responsible for their e-commerce software products. Prior to joining Asian Sources, he was the Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Computer Associates in Asia. He also held other senior positions at Computer Associates, including Managing Director for Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Thomas received a BS in Computer Science from University of New York - Stonybrook and an MBA from Baruch College.
