Supply Chain Insights recently conducted a study to get a better understanding of how well global trade management (GTM) software is used. They found that GTM software is a mature software category with a clear return on investment and high level of satisfaction. In fact, 67% of users were satisfied with their GTM software, reporting a ROI of thirteen months with 70% of respondents stating that they had achieved a ROI.
