2015 Trade Environment Satisfaction Survey

Since 2008, AmCham Shanghai has conducted a yearly Trade Environment Satisfaction Survey to highlight trade facilitation issues affecting American companies and provide feedback to Shanghai Customs and Shanghai Customs Inspection Quarantine (CIQ). This year’s survey results indicate that Customs and CIQ continue to make progress in reducing clearance time and uncertainty, and improving interagency coordination.
