- Does Amber Road interface with your ERP to create export documents for individual orders?
Yes, the Transactions module in Export On-Demand allows you to use the order/shipment parameters sent from your ERP to create a set of 5 standard documents: Commercial Invoice, Pro Forma Invoice, Shipper's Letter of Instruction, Packing List, and EEI.
- When importing into the US are ECN, HS, CoO and Schedule B required? Or is this just required for exporting?
When importing into the U.S. all that is required is the import HS number and CoO. Schedule B, ECN and CoO are required for export.
- Can Export On-Demand also be used for import product classification, or do you have a different product for imports?
Amber Road’s product classification solution supports both import and export classification in the same tool.
