Amber Road's Global Knowledge® update process has received ISO 9001:2008 certification, an internationally recognized set of standards for quality management systems developed and published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).

The Global Knowledge® Update Process involves gathering, translating, interpreting and updating country-specific trade regulations for Amber Road's GTM solutions. These solutions enable companies to quickly and easily perform country-specific compliance checks for imported and exported goods, streamline and manage the selection of global carriers, and instantly book and manage international freight.

"The quality policies and objectives that we've set define our overall goals for meeting customer expectations," said Anthony Hardenburgh, vice president of Global Trade Content, Amber Road. "Because a regulatory violation can damage a company's brand or result in a significant fine, we take content quality and accuracy very seriously."
